International Day of Education
Today we celebrate #InternationalDayofEducation and focus on the importance of financial education in Washington State’s K-12 schools.
Washington is working to provide financial education for youth so they can be more aware of the long-term impacts of financial decisions they make in the future. One way our state is making this change is through the Financial Education Public-Private Partnership (FEPPP). The goal of FEPPP is to identify strategies to increase the financial education of students, provide quality financial education information for school districts, and provide financial education instructional materials and professional development for instructors.
